What does the Workshop consist of?

The Digital Workshop is a half day opportunity to get accomplished industry experts around the table to discuss and assess your business objectives, goals and requirements. Although each workshop will be bespoke for your needs, the workshop will generally consist of three sections:

Analysis

To allow the SASS Digital team to fully understand your business, we will review your requirements and objectives and assess your marketing touch points. The findings from this session will help us work with you to form a plan of action.

Planning

The workshop is your opportunity to ask questions and utilise SASS’ digital experts as a sounding board and test out creative and strategic ideas. We can provide insight into the many digital channels that work together to form the right marketing mix. Unlike other digital only agencies offering fragmented services in isolation, we will ensure there is synergy with all activity, making a plan that is complete and harmonious.

Strategy

Once a plan is formed, we can embrace the opportunities and strengths of your business to form a strategy that will meet your objectives and improve the areas which require attention.

How should I prepare?

The workshop is a comprehensive session. The more information you can provide, the more you will get out from it. Prior to the meeting, if you can provide access to your analytics / web stats and share your conversion rates and objectives, we can use this information to make the workshop as focussed as possible.
