Leading interactive business publication, New Media Age has enlisted the digital expertise of Anthony Diver, Head of Digital at SASS, Cheshire’s leading Brand Communications agency to comment on the role of mobile applications in delivering brand communications featured in the magazine.
The magazine which makes sense of new media for businesses, approached Anthony to explain how the growth of mobile phone applications has facilitated ways in which brands can engage with consumers cost effectively.
Diver has proven the power of mobile applications with SASS’s very own Tub Thumper, the first Android drum machine application, which achieved 32,000 downloads in 24 hours and crashed into the number six spot in Google’s top ten downloads.
Anthony commented: “SASS could never have reached such an extensive audience via any other channel so cost effectively and so quickly, raising brand awareness and generating a buzz which more than delivered a return.”
