The Cheshire-based upmarket furniture store, Arighi Bianchi, turned to SASS when it wanted to attract new, younger homeowners, without alienating its substantial existing customer base.
Since 2003, our promotional campaigns have driven increased footfall and spend from style-conscious, aspirational consumers attracted to the brand’s reputation, product ranges and customer service ethos, most recently captured in our "Always A Pleasure" campaign. This was brought to life in press, magazines, radio and direct mail, as well as in-store and resulted in a 56% year on year increase in new customer value and 47% increase in new customer volume.
